Mango, Avocado & Butter Lettuce Salad
Fresh champagne mango, avocado, butter lettuce, toasted almonds and citrus poppyseed dressing

Instructions
  1. in a large bowl combine all salad ingredients
  2. in a small bowl whisk dressing ingredients, then season to taste with salt & pepper; alternatively, you can purée dressing (shallot through oil, then stir in poppyseeds)
  3. toss salad with desired amount of dressing and serve right away
