Everything Chocolate Cups
Dark chocolate cups with peanut butter & jam, topped with rice crisps, coconut & hemp seeds

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. melt chocolate gently in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second increments (about 60-90 seconds total)
  2. fill 4 standard size (or 8 mini) paper muffin cups with HALF of melted chocolate, then freeze 15 minutes to firm
  3. top chocolate by dividing nut butter evenly among cups, then do the the same with the jam; freeze 10-15 minutes to set
  4. divide remaining melted chocolate among the cups (you may need to re-melt a little by this point), add toppings, then pop in freezer one last time to firm, about 10-15 minutes
  5. enjoy Everything Chocolate Cups at room temp or keep in the fridge for a cold treat
