Welcome to my first blog post, thanks for stopping by!

I’m Jerran and I’ve been a private chef for 15 years, most of that time here in NYC.  My focus and passion is developing healthy recipes, nutrition, living an active lifestyle, and overall health and wellness.

On this blog I will be sharing all things food, cooking, and overall health and wellness.  Some of the many topics I will be discussing here will be:

  • cooking tips and tricks
  • seasonal healthy recipes (including desserts!)
  • allergy-friendly recipes
  • basic nutrition information
  • advice on how to start eating healthy, plant based, gluten-free and more
