As always, we are here for you. And if there is ever a time to eat healthy nourishing foods, it is now.
We are still available for preparing in-home healthy meals. And we realize many of you have health conditions that necessitate following a specific diet.
Safety and sanitation is always our top priority, but we are taking extra steps given the current climate.
Here are some of the additional measures we are taking to ensure the utmost safety of our clients and ourselves:
- our team is aware of and monitors for potential symptoms of COVID and will not report to work if any such symptoms appear
- we are all strictly adhering to state and federal guidelines of maintaining social distance
- while grocery shopping, most stores are only admitting a small number of people to facilitate social distancing
- while grocery shopping, carts are sanitized prior to using and raw produce is never placed into the cart without a bag
- we are wearing masks to avoid exposure while grocery shopping and in transit; please let us know if you’d like us to wear a mask while cooking
- chefs are instructed to thoroughly wash hands once entering a client’s residence, before touching any surfaces
- in addition, chefs are aware of the virus’s life span on surfaces, so we disinfect and continually wash hands throughout grocery shopping, unpacking groceries, and of course during cooking
- as always, all fruits and vegetables are thoroughly washed before using
- we can have groceries delivered to you ahead of our cooking if preferred (as long as we can confirm a delivery window through Amazon Prime, Amazon Fresh, Fresh Direct, Instacart, etc.)
